Quick Start is the entry door. What begins behind it has a name: Tactical Assessment — our structured method to understand and honestly classify your problem, before anyone talks about offers, sprints or contracts.
What you get — still in the call.
One of three clear statements — before you hang up, not “we’ll get back to you next week”:
- Match. We fit. We propose the Solution Design Sprint with fixed price and slot.
- No match. We don’t fit — and we say why, directly. Where possible we point you to another provider.
- Too early. The problem is real but not ready. We mark a re-connect — typically in 3–6 months.
Follow-up e-mail within 24 hours: written summary, relevant materials, zero sales pressure.
